Caramuru Integration Program

The new employee integration program at Caramuru, one of the mega agribusiness leaders in Brazil, required a campaign that was created, built around three focal points: Caramuru, its Collaborators and the Community. The importance of each company worker, his contribution to the company and to his community were highlighted to promote stronger citizenship involvement and encourage tighter bonds in the workplace.
