BG Open Mind

The BG Brasil growth strategy demanded the development of internal client attitude changes as well as revitalizing company by moving to new installations to provide more comfort since the population tripled in three years. As English is the official corporate language, the campaign used the slogan, “Open Mind” to link the need for the move with positive attitudes by employees. The aim was to prepare the staff through concrete actions to help change the organization within the deadline by creating an internal climate that encouraged employees to cooperate and also reduce stress and resistance normally caused by such moments.
